A very nice private family is seeking an experienced 3 years minimum), detail-oriented personal assistant to assist with the family personal needs located in San Francisco, CA. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Experienced in multi-entity management – being able to manage administrative duties for the family business (billing for clients and business)
  • Manage in house operations and third-party operations.
  • Responsible for organizing and managing a heavy travel and meeting calendar with a schedule of business and personal matters
  • Administrative support for executive assistant

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience supporting prominent individuals; both in personal and business capacities
  • Minimum 4-year degree from accredited College or University
  • Excellent references from both current and previous employers
  • Prioritize executive tasks and multi-task effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office and Mac OSX; must be very tech-savvy
